  • Payment information is encrypted and handled securely.
  • Shiftt does not store sensitive financial data.

2. Allocation of Funds

  • Contributions are directed toward the specified NGO, project, or initiative.
  • Disbursement timelines may vary depending on campaign structure, verification processes, or operational constraints.
  • When applicable, administrative or processing fees are clearly disclosed.

3. NGO Verification

Where applicable, Shiftt aims to:

  • Work with organizations that operate legally within Guatemala
  • Promote initiatives with clear social or community objectives
  • Encourage ethical use of funds and responsible reporting

Shiftt does not guarantee outcomes but supports initiatives aligned with transparency and social impact values.

4. Reporting and Communication

Whenever possible, we strive to:

  • Share updates about initiatives or projects
  • Communicate material changes that may affect contributors
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and respectful manner

5. Fraud Prevention and Security

We actively monitor the platform to:

  • Prevent fraudulent activity
  • Protect contributors and partner organizations
  • Comply with applicable legal and financial regulations

Suspicious activity may result in delayed processing or additional verification.
